For years Southwest Airlines has been touted as an airlines with a different experience for its employees first, which fosters a unique experience for its customers. Here’s one outstanding example:








Just viewed this video. It’s great. I usually travel Southwest,if possible. I always look forward to the announcement. On 9/11/2001 My husband Dennis & I were traveling on SWA & were grounded in Baltimore for two days & SWA paid for it all & did all they could for each & every passenger. They are a good example of a great company “that does fundamental things extraordinarily well.” J. Saylor
